Kasa 23 Cascais - Boutique Guest House

The location of Kasa23 is amazing! Literally 2 minutes from the beach and main promenade but in a quiet spot. As you are entering the house, two things instantly put you in a great mood: beautiful smell and stylish decor. The little kitchenette is very well equipped and you can enjoy good coffee every time you want. But who is truly an asset to this place and who will make your day (or rather the whole stay there) is beautiful Paula - very helpful, professional yet warm and friendly receptionist who speaks great English. The lady cleaner does a great job too. The room is small, but you don’t spend a lot of time in there. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the AC is the most quiet in the world. We would highly recommend staying there.

Nothing really. If I were to find something to improve, I would maybe install more hooks in the bathroom.

Great communication about checking in. Perfect location very close to beach and restaurants. We had a sunny room with view to street, and opening windows. Room was small but functional. Shared kitchen for preparing easy meals was bonus so we bought breakfast food.

Our bathroom had a musty damp smell at times. Looked clean and no mould showing so not sure what was causing this.

The location was very good right in the Old Town. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was very clean.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected by the pictures, but was good for one night.

The staff. Tiny, tiny rooms. Lack of room service daily by the staff The amount of stairs. 4 days towels changed once.
