The overall look and feel of the property was smart & stylish, a good first impression both inside and outside, very good location for access to the town centre with shops and harbour etc within walking distance, comfortable bed , good shower, prompt responses to any queries prior to the stay, wide variety of choice for breakfast, nice garden area with small pool.
Small room - very narrow gap at the foot of the bed between the bed and tv on the wall so to reach the bathroom you had to bend & shuffle sideways. The wardrobe area was in the bathroom to one side, so not very convenient to use and with no light. Hot food at breakfast was lukewarm/cold. The chair cushions in the garden were marked. No coffee sachets in the room. We liked the hotel, but it felt overpriced due to the small room and odd layout.

A beautiful, elegant period house/hotel. An air of calm, quiet, friendly professionalism. Quality and comfort at every turn. A peaceful space yet a few minutes walk to restaurants, harbour, shops.
