It was exceptionally clean and has everything you need for a home away from home. Close to a supermarket and park with play area and in a good location for visiting sites nearby with a car.

Spacious and very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location.
Stairs and floorboards upstairs can creak loudly. Didn’t cause an issue for us, however some travelers may be disturbed by them

Great location for exploring the Wadden Sea, Ribe and the Lego House. Lovely bedroom, good kitchen and living facilities, and easy to find and access. Bonus having a laundry room as we were able to wash while we were there.
Odd setup with the shower being downstairs, by the entrance rather than upstairs, meaning to shower you have to walk through the kitchen, dining and living areas. We had the place to ourselves so this wasn’t an issue, but might be for a larger group. Unusual dining area setup with multiple small tables, not that it was a problem!
