About this apartment rental
Recommended by the Gibraltar Tourist Board and featured on Britain in the Sun Channel 5 episode 4 this well presented one bedroomed air conditioned apartment is onthe lower level of the complex. Sleeps two in the double bedroom and extra accommodation for up to two guests in the lounge with a king size sofa bed. Facilities include, fully fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier. Utility area with a second fridge with freezer compartment. Newly refurbished bathroom 2019 with bath and overhead shower and grab handle.
Lounge has a new king size sofa bed, a 32' flat screen TV with sky channels, DVD player,cupboards housing hot water boiler , iron and ironing board, airing maiden, sun loungers. Morning room with table and 4 chairs, internet access, free WiFi and house telephone (incoming calls).Reversible air conditioning unit. Outside private balcony with gated access. Large patio to the side and BBQ area. Private tiered garden. Access to beach via stairs. side and front awnings for shade. Please note there is no lift down to level 4. The steps are shallow well lit and with hand rails . Not suitable for limited mobility guests.

The most stunning location.We have been coming to Gibraltar for 17 years to visit friends.Last year we lost our last dear friend but still felt the need to come to Gib this spring.The sunrise straight in front of the apatment and smell of the sea is just amazing. The beach feels like our own.Carols apartment has everything you could want Beautiful and clean.Its lovely to see Joshi each time to pick us up from the airport.We have booked for September again.We just love it here. Thankyou Carol and Joshi.Gib is a fantastic place and we have made many friends here..

Apartment was clean and very comfortable, sofa bed in the lounge was really nice because it was as good as a bed. Towels were soft, lovely and big. Washing machine and tumble dryer were a bonus as was the outside space, with such stunning views it was a joy to be able to sit outside in the privacy of a huge balcony. Carol was an excellent host, good communication and very nice to deal with. Josie, the lady that collects and drops you off at the airport is an absolute joy and very knowledgeable about the area. I really didn’t want to leave and hope to go back soon.

We stayed here last year and had no hesitation in booking again this year. The apartment is in a fantastic location right on the Mediterranean shore, A quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from catalan bay with its bars and restaurants and also there is an excellent and inexpensive bus service into town.
A new beach has been created right in front of the apartment and is a great safe place to swim and paddle.
The apartment is really well appointed and has everything you need even for a longer stay. It's beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
Both Carol the owner & Josie, her rep in Gib could not have been more helpful.
We would highly recommend the apartment and will definitely be back gain soon.
