About this house rental
Amazing, recently renovated property on 1.4 acres less than a mile to the beach! The perfect home for large groups, two families, one large family, or anyone else who wants to stay! The house was newly renovated. Our house is close to Tom Nevers Beach, Sconset Beach, and multiple golf courses, as well as a short drive to town, the airport, and ferry terminal.
The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 queen pullout sofas, sitting room with fireplace and full bathroom. There is a main floor en-suite bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom on the first floor has a set of bunk beds and a twin, perfect for a kids room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor includes 2 large ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated bath with a soaker tub and shower. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and twin pullout chair and newly renovated bathroom. The upstairs primary bedroom has access to the deck. All bedrooms have window A/C’s during the summer.
Outside, there is ample room for parking, an outdoor shower, grille and a nice lawn for yard games - fenced in area for pets to roam. We recently added new outdoor furniture - tables, couches, loungers, a hot tub and a firepit!
Fully stocked with all the linens and kitchen essentials you will need as well as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. There is also a pack and play available and a dog crate if needed. There are 4 bikes in the shed and we have access to the tennis court down the street.

Great house and location in Tom Nevers! We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and we were able to bring our dogs with us! They had a great time on the beach and even met some new friends. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood very close to the beach. Thanks again!

Gilligan’s Island was everything it promised to be and much more. I highly recommend the property. The host was communicative and beyond generous. The home was roomy, property secluded, and the backyard was perfect for afternoon and evening social hours with the other house guests. Gilligan’s Island is truly Ithaca.

I cannot recommend this property more! I arranged a girls getaway with 9 girls and everyone was amazed at how spacious the property was. We each were able to have our own space to sleep and had plenty of bathrooms to get ready. We all loved the backyard and even spent an entire afternoon hanging out on the comfy sectional couches on the porch and played some of the yard games Jaime had in his shed. Jaime was such an amazing host and was super responsive with all of the questions I had prior to our stay. I will definitely be staying here again.
