We had a great stay, as simple as it.
Location, host, facilities are all big advantages. The welcoming by Alexanne was great. The communication with him is excellent. The lactation is comfortable for those who are willing to visit Chamonix, Annecy, Samoëns etc. Passy is just in kind of geographic center of all these. The apparent is well equipped, and Alexanne is there in case you need something.

Enjoyable stay
Very well equipped kitchen, a lot of space in the leaving room with a beautiful view, convenient location to go skiing in the Evasion Mt. Blanc area. The hosts are speaking English which is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay a lot and really recommend the apartment.

Superb
Great hosts, living on first floor of the house. Helpful, knowledgeable ready to help. Great location for exploring the area, close to all major points of interest but not as crowded (and expensive) like Chamonix. Clean and very well prepared apartment (washing machine is a huge plus for families with kids) and the 2 bedrooms allow all the privacy to all family members. Great gaming corner (for the young ones) and well arranged kitchen. And not to miss: perfect view for morning coffee.
Definitely, the stay was too short. If there is something to be improved it's the wifi, I can't think to anything else.

Excellent value for money holiday apartment
Excellent apartment for a family with 1-2 kids, well located and clean. Most of the necessary amenities are available and Anne was very kind to let us check-in early.
The entrance to the apartment could be improved to be slightly easier and although it is basically a holiday apartment which you are expected to bring your own things, I believe that it is reasonable to expect more toilet paper to be provided for a 10-day stay.

Perfect for a family.
Very comfortable with all mod cons and great views. Owner's family lives downstairs and they do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Will definitely use again if in area.
