The residential complex "Dio Guesthouses", located between Tyros and Leonidio, has built amphitheatrically in an olive grove at the foot of Mount Parnon and only 500 m. from the sea, offering spectacular view of the Myrtoon sea and high quality holidays all year round.
Villa “ Tainaron” is a 75 sq. m. villa developed on two floors.
On the upper floor are located the living room with a fireplace and a TV plasma 32 inch, the kitchen, one W.C. and a covered by wood pergola furnished veranda with a great view to the Aegean. In the sitting room there is a corner sofa that can be used as a bed for at least 1 person.
On the ground floor are set two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. In the one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other one has two single beds that can be used as a double bed too when they are united. The two bedrooms of the house share a covered furnished terrace, which has direct access to the private garden of the villa.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV plasma touch. The house has ethernet internet connectivity and wi-fi, inside the house and in public areas as well.
There is a swimming pool for the five houses with garden chairs and lounges . Free parking is available.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt auch zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien (Terrasse im 1. Stock, Garten-Lounge oder am Pool). Trotz der Nähe zur Straße hört man kaum Verkehrslärm, da das Haus in Hanglage unterhalb der Straße liegt. Die Anfahrt von der Straße zu den Parkplätzen ist sehr steil und war ein Herausforderung für unseren kleinen Mietwagen.

Un cadre idyllique avec une vue incroyable depuis la terrasse !
(Nous avions la maison tout en haut.)
Maison très bien agencée avec 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée et salon / cuisine avec terrasse à l’étage.
La piscine offre une vue de rêve sur la mer et plusieurs espaces détente !
Lave linge à partager.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien pendant notre séjour mais Thomi qui s’occupe des maisons avec beaucoup de bienveillance était toujours là pour essayer de trouver une solution ! Elle donne de supers conseils pour les restos et plages du coin.
Tyros et ses environs sont très calmes.
