Welcome to 'Koutsoufi', our lovingly restored (2010) traditional Greek house in Tyros. A spacious house in an idylic elevated position with access to mountain footpaths and only a 5-10 minute drive from the beach and the port town of Tyros where one can find all amenities in this traditional fishing port.
Koutsoufi is very much a retreat, a peaceful house, in which is much more than simply a place to sleep. There are two bedrooms, one master bedroom upstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one large guest bedroom downstairs with 2 double beds and one singles and an en-suite and private access to the terrace. Alternative sleeping spaces could be set up on one of the couches too but we recommend a maximum of 7 people. Koutsoufi is much more than a place to sleep - there is a grand piano in the living room, a large pool table, a well equipped kitchen and an outside cooking and eating area on the sea-view terrace. There is a wood-fired bread oven on the terrace and plenty of parking space outside the house. The house has central heating for the Winter as well as two fireplaces and underfloor heating and underfloor cooling and air conditioning for the Summer. The house has a breathtaking view over the bay of Tyros and an impressive panorama of the steep mountain behind. What a great and charming place to be! A beautiful windy road through the upper village of Tyros and olive tree groves takes you to this wonderful old house sitting like a crow's nest on the mountainside. Once you entered the main terrace you are not only stunned by the beauty of the place but the breath-taking view - both, to the crystal-blue sea and the steep mountains. The house provides much space and everything you need - even more (if you like playing piano or pool billard). Simply perfect. And there is so much to see and explore in the Tyros region (not only the many beaches) - we would recommend to stay more than 2 weeks if you can. The house was absolutely wonderful, I would buy it if I could!! It was so amazing to have your morning cup of coffee on the terrace with views of the mountains, the town in the valley and the sea!

House was clean, beautifully designed, and had all necessary amenities and fun kitchen. Great views from the hills up above Tyros. We explored great local beaches and towns of Tyros and Leonidio. Also went up to explore the monastery.

Dieses Haus ist geschmackvoll und der Umgebung angemessen renoviert worden. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause.
Wenn es draussen zu heiß oder kalt sein sollte bieten die gemütlichen Sofas Alternativen zum Fläzen.
Sogar die Betten sind gut!
Und einfach auf der großen, wunderschönen Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick aufs Meer oder die Berge schweifen zu lassen ist bereits Erholung.
