The location was great, and the breakfast was very good. The two staff members who were present were also polite and helpful.
The cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing. The bed sheets were wrinkled, stained yellow, and had hair on them. Although I asked for them to be changed, they were clearly not changed properly. The AC unit was not cooling well and was making a loud noise. As a hotel owner myself who travels frequently across Sri Lanka, I feel the service and standards provided were not worth the money spent.
