Appartaments had all needed equipments to prepare great breakfasts and prepared evening snack plates. The terrace offered a beautiful sea view, making breakfast even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, with the beach just a few steps away. A great extra feature was the outdoor shower with warm water, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Highly recommended!

I would have preferred a more comfortable mattress and pillows, but that comes down to personal preference. The sound insulation between the rooms could also be improved to provide a little more privacy. However, for families with children, this is a perfect place to stay!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach top – näher am Meer kann man eigentlich fast nicht sein. Marzamemi und Pachino sind max 7-9 min entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war ausgezeichnet und hätte wirklich nicht besser sein können. Auch die Parksituation war für uns bombastisch. Das Auto sollte allerdings nicht allzu groß sein, da es sonst etwas schwierig werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir das kleine Willkommens-Snackpaket und das kalte Wasser bei der Ankunft – eine sehr nette Geste! Kevin kam sogar einmal vorbei mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit. Die Dachterrasse ist definitiv eine **10/10** und ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem typischen italienischen Standard, was für uns absolut in Ordnung war. Alles in allem: **Tipptopp! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.**
