About this villa rental
Recently built villa, located near Lido San Lorenzo, sleeps 4 \ 5, independent kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, veranda with sink and barbecue. Independent on all sides with ample space for car parking. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven plus microwave, toaster, dishes of all kinds and drinking water. Towel and linen service on request. 400 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the equipped beaches Lido San Lorenzo and Agua Beach. A few kilometers from the naturistic oasis of Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche. At 3 km the seaside village of Marzamemi and the city of Portopalo. Nearby the cities of Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse famous for the Baroque and Greco-Roman art.

Among the most interesting places to visit the Vendicari Oasis, the Calamosche beach, the island of currents, the seaside village of Marzamemi and the city of Portopalo.
A few kilometers also Noto, the European capital of the Baroque, Modica, a baroque city, a UNESCO heritage site and very famous also for its chocolate, Ragusa Ibla, Pozzallo (from whose port you can reach Malta by hydrofoil) and Syracuse full of museums and sites archaeological from the Greek Roman era. In the area you can find dozens of restaurants offering the best typically Sicilian gastronomic delicacies. For those with a sweet tooth to taste granita, arancini, ricotta cannoli, Avola almonds, for wine lovers Nero d'Avola and Moscato di Noto and other dozens of typical products.

La casa è splendida, con un bellissimo giardino recintato ottimo per bambini o amici pelosetti.
È vicina allo splendido mare (400metri facilmente percorribili a piedi) ma sufficientemente lontana dalla via principale e quindi assolutamente silenziosa.
Fresca sia di giorno che di notte (basti pensare che nonostante sia fornita di impianto di conzionamento non lo abbiamo mai utilizzato), ha una bella veranda coperta dove consumare i pasti.
Antonio è un padrone di casa ottimo, sempre disponibile ma assolutamente discreto e non invasivo.
La posizione poi è ottima per chi vuole visitare le bellezze della Sicilia sud orientale (Noto, Siracusa, Marzamemi, l'Etna o spingersi sino ad Agrigento a visitare la Valle dei Templi).

Propriété bien placée pour sillonner vers des plages magnifiques et eau cristalline. Notre préférée était celle d'Eloro moins prisée que Calamoscha.

Ho soggiornato in questa deliziosa villetta con il mio compagno e una coppia di amici con una bambina e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima per andare al mare (5 minuti in bici - a disposizione degli ospiti) e per girare in auto città e coste vicine. Casa accogliente e pulitissima, fornita di tutto, con un giardino stupendo attrezzato con griglia. Il signor Antonio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questa proprietà a chi vuole visitare questa parte di Sicilia.
