Apart Piz Palü Kappl/Ischgl

A small but nice appartment with everything we needed. We liked nice traditional sphere.

Cash payment without digital confirmation. Miscommunication with the host about departure time. We were said that we can leave "any time", but in the morning we were sent urgently away because other guests were coming.

The appartment is not new, bathrooms are probably from 1983, but the kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a dishwascher (and ofcourse a refridgerator). As always in Austria, there is a kitchen-table with couches around it, which is also the only place to sit (no couch). it is around 3 km to Kappl centre, but just 7 km to Ischgl. There is a ski-bus stop in front of the apprtment, but this leads to ski-area Kappl. From there, there is a ski-but to Ischgl. We went by our own car to Ischgl, which was much quicker.

The payment of the apartment was on the morning we left, which was not practical. To make it worse, it was cash payment, and who has so much cash? Then, the pre-payment was not deducted from the invoice, which I only discovered back home. Make sure you catch the host earlier!

Fantastic place located in quiet area, led by very friendly and helpful people. . Great view to the mountains. Apartment for 2 people very clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. Dedicated place for skis, boots, jackets available. All necessary (and more) kitchen utensils in place. Parking place available. WiFi speed OK. If one want to ski in Kappl - bus stop is located within 20 meters from house entrance. If you prefer Ischgl - driving by car takes less than 10 minutes (free parking place was always available near the Pardatschgratbahn)
