Room was as expected for the price we paid. We will be living here for a little while, so the first week(this week booked through booking) was way more expensive than it should have been. We extended our next week’s stay through the hotel directly, so we got a better deal. We booked a double because that was all that they had available, but for us needing to live here for a while, the extra bed gives us the extra space that we need for longer term. The beds are super comfortable, but the top comforters look to be from the 90s, with burn holes and outdated patterns. They are doing some remodeling, so we are hoping to have our room done before we move out, or to be moved to a remodeled room eventually. Location is perfect, close to both mine and my fiancé’s jobs. Staff are extremely nice and professional, especially the maintenance crew.

we booked the room for checking in the day I had my gallbladder removed. When we got here, I wasn’t too thrilled that we had to clean the room a little more in order for me to be able to rest comfortably. The floors are stained brown and the carpet is supposed to be colored, but it is black due to a drastic need of carpet cleaning. I wiped the walls, counters, and bathroom down really well. Once I started to feel better, I did a deep cleaning of the room. Walls have stains all over them, window sills were disgusting, and the bottom drawer of the dresser had a brown stain where something wet had spilled. There are a few maintenance issues, but nothing too pressing. Handle on dresser drawer is off one on one side of the bottom drawer, and the towel rod in the bathroom falls off if you hang anything on it. Someone hit my car in the parking lot during our second week here, but they did a hit and run and the cameras don’t look over the parking lot where we park. Reported the hit and run to the police, but there isn’t anything that they can do since the cameras don’t cover that area of the lot. Hotel brings a pretty rough crowd, as well as the surrounding hotels. There had been a domestic dispute between a couple next to my car, so I called the police. Another couple that is staying here are outside everyday fighting and screaming. The room right next to us has a cat that meows very loudly all day and night, and the property is supposed to be completely pet free. The room above us is very loud, they thump around the room at all hours of the night, making it hard for us to sleep. Made staff aware of both issues and they still haven’t resolved them. Children down the hall run and scream every evening, and one night when I was outside smoking, the one boy threw a rock in to a mud puddle, splashing mud all over me, and all over the side of the building. Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but there is a strong odor of weed every night and morning coming from across the hall
