Ideal for a stay of 2 or3 nights ... good location .. we were looking to stay near other family members
good for our intended stay --- shared kitchen facilities would not suit every person

Close to a paid beach. Efficient air conditioning and comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and spacious bathroom. Parking under the building is available free of charge. Spacious part of fridge for each room.
Long waits for hot water in the bathroom and a lot of water is wasted. The rules in the facility were very strict. It was forbidden to enter the room with shoes on. It was forbidden to eat in the room. All doors had to be locked each time. Lack of freedom in the apartment.
Thin walls making you hear the TV from the next room.
The price is quite high for a standard apartment.
