    Smallish but absolutely adequate room with high quality beds and bedding. Very quiet even though looking at Gt South Road. Breakfast was very good however a cup of coffee wouldn't go amiss.

    I booked and paid for two rooms with breakfast included. However, when we went down for breakfast, we were told to help ourselves to the buffet — only to find no available tables, no plates, and no food in any of the serving dishes.I raised this with the staff member at the counter, but she said she couldn’t assist because she was only responsible for making coffee. She directed me to the restaurant manager, who explained they had not received their stock delivery and asked us to give him five minutes. We waited for ten minutes, went back to him, and he then said he was still busy preparing food and washing plates. The entire experience was humiliating and embarrassing, and we ended up leaving without eating anything.I reported this to the receptionist, who said she couldn’t help because it was the restaurant’s fault. This is unacceptable — we booked accommodation including breakfast, yet due to their incompetence we had to go elsewhere and incur additional costs for breakfast.
