The amenities, the cleanliness, the efficiency of the staff especially the nurse and the waiter at night.
The recreation activities. I felt like the registration is unnecessary or i find the recreation booth is a bit far from the recreational center.

ALL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, POLITE, WARM AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY ALWAYS WEAR SMILES AND GREETS THE GUESTS. THEY OFFER HELP AS WELL.
AND ALSO, ALLOWING STRAY DOGS AND CATS TO STAY AND ENJOY THE PLACE. GUESTS ARE HAPPY SEEING THE CALM AND FRIENDLY DOGS AND CATS. IT IS A BASIC HUMAN CHARACTER TO TREAT ANIMALS WITH RESPECT AND LOVE ESPECIALLY THE STRAYS WHO ONLY LIVE TO SURVIVE THIS CRUEL ENOUGH WORLD. KUDOS TO SOLINA’S TEAM FOR BEING KIND TO THESE ANIMALS.
Some amenities/facilities inside the room are old and damaged and insects are everywhere.
They should invest in pest control and cleaning especially in Angga restaurant where big cockroaches are flying, and mosquitoes and flies are all over. It is not fun to eat like that.
Also, food service takes time, and delayed, they are overwhelmed if there are a lot of guests. At least the kitchen team and the restaurant team should anticipate the flow.

Secluded room close to the beach. Amazing sunsets
Rooms were not super clean and could use some update. Also there was plastic waste on the beach that could be easily picked up by the staff, but was ignored. Staff was mediocre in general, except few exceptions who were great. Food was average, the traditional Filipino dishes were very blend, lacking taste. It was incomparable to dishes I ate just closeby at my g/f place in the same region. Also it happened multiple times that staff in the restaurant was cleaning up and we had to call them to make them aware of us, otherwise they would ignore completely us. It was unprofessional, I guess lack of proper training and no sense of priorities. When we asked for something like a ride to the front desk in a heat, we had to wait for minimum 15-20 minutes every time. When I compare it to my stays on Boracay or Palawan, the value for money was very low here, but the resort has potential to be amazing if they improve the staff.
