Everything :) The place, the house, the warm welcome received from the hosts. The fact that the pool has been cleaned every two days, that sheets and towels were provided and were also cleaned during our 2 weeks stay.
Even if located in a very quite place, the house is close (about 12 minutes) from the A1 going from Milan to Naples which makes it really accessible and allow gust to visit easily places of interest like Florence, Sienna or even Rome (2h by car).
The only negative point we've found is that wi-fi was really slow but mobile broadband was good enough for our needs.
