Grandpa Mate House

Prezadovoljni smo svakim trenutkom i sigurno dolazimo opet! Sve preporuke!

Spacious rooms, each equipped with air-conditioners. That's about it..

Parking here is a nightmare. Not only do you have to drive down a narrow dirt road, but the parking space available for guests is way too narrow, theres piles of construction materials left all over, concrete fences that are poorly positioned, turning around requires great driving skills and parking-aid cameras. The super narrow space is also shared between all the guests (4 apartments?) the guests can also hinder eachother, even completely prevent you from being able to leave when you want to. Cleanliness is not spotless either. Air-conditioner filters dusty to the point it affects their efficacy.Lots of grease in the kitchen. Not one frying pan available that is non-stick and unscratched. The coating on the frying pans is scratched beyond healthy levels. The clothes drying lines are outside the building, in the common guest area, the pegs are not only shared between all guests, but most are broken. The lines are rusty, dirty and rough. Potentially would destroy delicate clothing.
