Lovely apartment

Great stay

Its a lovely accommodation very cosy and homely. Very clean and tidy. Big shower, Had everything you need. Also had a washing machine. It was lovely and warm. The owner, Philipa, was very friendly, and if you needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, I would recommend and book again.

Very Comfortable Property in a Good Location

Exceptionally clean property in a convenient location. Very helpful owner. NB For anyone reading previous reviews, Phillipa has successfully solved the wet towel issue and the electric towel rail works a treat.

Nothing major. Layout would not suit anyone uncomfortable with stairs. Mattress didn’t suit us but that’s personal preference. Kitchen equipment a bit jaded and kitchen is short of a few utensils.

Lovely clean place in a perfect village

Village location was amazing, lots of options to eat and have a few drinks. Views are beautiful. Accommodation was perfect size for a couple and was very clean.

Size of space outside for the dog to stretch his legs while we were there was the only thing that would prevent us from returning.

Delightful place to stay.

Spotlessly clean, airy, comfy accomodation. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed & spacious throughout. Fab views from the upstairs living/dining room towards the sea. Lovely well kept, enclosed, dog friendly garden. Friendly, welcoming host . Lovely surrounding areas to visit & within walking distance of beautiful Solva village - downhill going, uphill back.

Wish we could have stayed longer as there are so many more places that we would have like to have seen.

Location was quiet yet accessible for shops walks and beaches. The property offered everything that was needed for our three day break and we would be happy to recommend the property to others.

Lovely, comfortable stay in St. Davids - would recommend to Family and Friends

Perfectly appointed self contained private annexe that had all the comforts we needed for our short stay. Views from the bedroom and lounge windows were lovely. Had a really restful and tranquil feel. Check-in was very simple and although didn’t meet the host, found her to be very warm and welcoming on the phone.

Relaxing short break away

Really quiet location with parking. The host, Philipa, was very friendly. Ideal location for surfing beaches. Very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. A really peaceful break, wish we had stayed longer as the weather was great! Lots of info and maps for walks and things to do.

No cons apart from Wales' new 20mph speed limit!

Very happy and ideal situation

A lovely setting ideal for all locations, The property was well equipped and plenty of room !! Outside there was a lovely little garden area to let the dog run around safely !!!

We did'nt think there was much not to like about this property !! Even the worst day of the week which it rained most of it we had a nice relaxing pyjama day !!!!!

A wonderful base to explore the St David’s area. we warm , comfortable, perfect stay.

It was self contained and private.

Didn't like the living area and dining area up stairs and the sleeping area bathroom and kitchen downstairs. To enter the accommodation it was necessary to pass through the bedroom.

Perfect for a couple and a dog with the enclosed garden. Very close to Pembrokeshire coastal path and short walk to Solva harbor. Lovely shower. Well equipped kitchen and nice upstairs seating area with sea views.

Relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.

Quiet and peaceful location. Reasonably close to Solva Village. Pubs down by the harbour were good and served good food. Accommodation was good and well equipped. Easy to get to coast and lovely walks along coast path.

Reasonable walk to good pubs but walk back is uphill and partly on road. For elderly (75+ as we are) it was a bit of a test!! Walked down a couple of times and also drove when we had done a lot of walking during the day. Not an issue but worth noting if elderly

Good base to visit Pembrokeshire

The property was on the hillside above Solva and had distant sea views from the velux window upstairs. The bedroom was very spacious and the kingsize bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in!

If you don't want to use your car, it's quite a trek down to the harbour, and even further on the way back! Also, watch out for the low stone wall when parking on the drive.

Comfortable rooms with a pleasant outlook.

Being elderly, the property didn't suit us as the bedroom was downstairs with the kitchen and bathroom. This meant we had to climb stairs to the living area more than we would have liked. More suited to younger generations, I think.

Definitely great for a long weekend away!!

The bed - really comfortable and slept so well......... and the location, brilliant for country walks.

Only issue was I had to keep an eye of my dog when I let him out as the fence at the back of garden wasn’t secure.

Anniversary break

Lovely annexe on a house, all self contained and private which is very important to us. The property was well laid out, clean and warm. It provided us with an ideal base to explore the surrounding area . Can thoroughly recommend for a couple wanting a quiet break away .
