About this apartment rental
A beautiful ground floor in an Edwardian House located in the heart of St. Davids. The apartment is a tasteful fusion of the style of the 1920's with a contemporary twist. Beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms provide stylish accommodation for up to 4 people. The apartment is centrally heated with a gas fire in the living room for those cosy nights and there is instant hot water on demand. Free internet access is provided via wifi and a smart TV allows access for film downloads, catch up TV etc. The spacious kitchen has ample seating for additional guests if entertaining is a requirement. A washer dryer is situated in the boot room and an outbuilding for storage of all your beach stuff or bikes. Whilst centrally located, the apartment shares a peaceful garden with the maisonette above, and the ground floor also a sunny courtyard for outdoor relaxation. All the local amenities are on the doorstep, the supermarket is 50yards away, as is the city centre with its shops, banks, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast path. Public transport is also on the doorstep, which provides links to our beaches, North and South Pembrokeshire, and with rail links to the rest of the country.
On the 1st and 2nd floors is Maisonette apartment 31A which is listed separately but can be booked together with 31B to allow for larger groups. Should both apartments be booked together, there are extending dining tables in both kitchens which should allow everyone to dine together. Host was excellent - great communication and very friendly. The cottage was just what we needed and had everything we wanted. Very good location just a short walk to everything. Parking was easy with directions given. We were very comfortable. Would recommend.

The property is in a great location for local amenities, walking, cycling and visiting local beaches. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped for self- catering.

From start to finish everything was 5*s
Matthew was charming and nothing was to much trouble,
The apartment is very well laid out with everything you could wish for,
the luxury bedding,and towels are lovely, and the lovely smelling air fresher's
The welcome gift pack is a nice idea.
Matthew has spared no expense and everything is luxury, and he has thought of all the small details, that matter when your on holiday.
The garden is great as we took our doggie with us, its big enough to sit out and enjoy the evening sun,
The patio area back the back door is great for morning coffee.
We cant wait to book again and stay here.
