Unit A-412: An airy, open floor plan and a location just steps to Kamaole Beach Park III combine to make this a popular Kihei vacation property. The spacious residence measures over 1100 square feet , with 2 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and a private lanai (patio). Your deluxe condominium offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home. We are the owners and we give the commission discount directly to our guests.

The condo has two master bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, a new fully equipped kitchen (with granite countertops), a clothes washer and dryer inside, and air conditioning in each room.

The sleeping arrangements are (Sleeps up to 6):
Bedroom #1 has one king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower and large bathtub.
Bedroom #2 has two twin (single) beds and a private bathroom with shower.
The living room has one queen sofa bed.

This condominium is a south-facing, end-unit which gives our guests both extra windows and extra sunlight. With the vaulted ceiling and open floor plan, this residence has lots of light and an oversized feel. A-412 is located on the 'quieter' back side of the of the first building in the complex... this minimizes the street noise as well as offering a bit of privacy. A-412 also has a "peek" view of the ocean through the buildings.

Haleakala Shores has a private swimming pool which sparkles in the garden setting. Your condo is quiet and peaceful; it does not receive street noise or noise from the pool.

Haleakala Shores is an attractive property located across the street from one of Maui's best beaches, Kamaole Beach Park III. The "3 Kamaoles", Kamaole Beach I, II, and III, are 3 wonderful beaches (Kihei's largest) for all kinds of water activities. They have excellent swimming, snorkeling, diving, and sunbathing only 200 yards from your doorstep.

I include tax/cleaning in all prices for stays of 5 nights or longer. Stays of 4 nights or less must add $210 cleaning fee. And VRBO adds a "service fee" directly to the guest. I cannot precalculate this fee in my per night rates and I never see this fee; it goes directly to VRBO.

Have stayed at this property multiple times and would stay again. The location is close to desired spots in Kihei. Also across from a favorite beach park with lifeguard, play equipment and bathrooms. You can even see turtles there.

Great home base for visiting the whole island! Comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Spacious and quiet. Bill answered any questions I had right away.

This was a super spot for our family of 6. It was a very short walk to the beach and an easy drive both north and south along the southwest coast of Maui. Owner is easy to communicate with and responsive. The condo complex was quiet. We really appreciated having boogie boards & beach chairs (they aren't the newest) but all worked and our family enjoyed not having to rent them. The kitchen is stocked with bowls, plates, cups, mugs, pans, etc., to make eating-in easy to do. I also appreciated having few blue ice containers for the cooler on days we were gone for a while and we could take snacks to go.Our biggest challenge was the assigned parking. We had a larger car (Honda Pilot) for our family and it is a tight squeeze getting in! We got better as the days went by, but sometimes we just parked on the street by the complex if we were leaving again. Certainly nothing to do about that, but be aware if you are getting a bigger car. The washer and dryer work great, but they are compact so no doing large loads of laundry like at home! Fine for vacation. All our children are older now, but if you have small children, there are a few books and games you might have to move up but overall the place is younger children friendly. There is an elevator to help you get up the 4 flights of stairs with luggage and children in tow! We would certainly stay here again, especially for the price and location. Thanks for sharing your place!COVID items: You can use the grills and pool at the complex but you have to sign-up for them. The grills were not highly used, so that was easy to do. We didn't use the pool, but it was empty almost the whole time we were there. Restaurants were open but eating outside. Masks required at all places of business. Some people wore masks on the beach. More people wore them when walking around town. Overall the island was less busy than when we went there pre-COVID which was kinda nice! If you have all your test results and COVID screenings uploaded, the airport check-in went smoothly.
