About this apartment rental
Maui Parkshore #304 has been completely updated, including brand-new, stainless steel kitchen appliances and includes an enormous, 25 foot wide lanai with ocean views. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is equipped with extra high-speed internet so you can stream movies, Both bathrooms have showers (no tub). Complimentary wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit #304 has no air conditioning. It has a Cal King bed in the master bedroom a Queen bed in the guest room and also sofa sleeper. Maui Parkshore #304 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Overall stay was nice and relaxing, generous accommodations and supplies, the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and reusable water bottles were a nice bonus for beach days. Just needed to adjust to the lack of actual ac in the unit and according to my friend, the couch smelled heavily of mold so she didn't open it up after the first night but she still suffered severe congestion every morning.

The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!
