Host is phenomenally kind. The small yard opening to the ocean view is really something. The apartment contains a kitchenette with dishwasher and clothes washing machine, microwave, and a Nespresso machine ready to go with a jar of capsules (there's even some left after my stay, and that says a lot). Murphy bed and sofa bed. Iron and ironing board. Train station is a simple seven-ish minute walk away, and one can be in Cannes, central Antibes, or Nice within minutes.
While you can sometimes hear neighbors, the blackout roller on the main window does an excellent job blocking out both light and noise.
