Hyggelig vert, topp beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Supermarkt rett i nærheten. Koselig hage og terrasse. Trygt sted.

Appartamento compatto, ma con tutto il necessario. Bel dehors ombreggiato dove cenare con vista mare. La posizione è petfetta, nel centro di Juan-les-pins; è sufficiente attraversare la strada per essere in spiaggia. A due passi si trovano alimentari, panettieri, fermata bus e stazione treni.
La spiaggia ed il mare sono belli, anche se molto affollati.
Antibes e Cannes raggiungibili in pochi minuti coi mezzi pubblici.
Molto comodo il garage.
Peccato che la strada lungomare è sempre molto trafficata...

Host is phenomenally kind. The small yard opening to the ocean view is really something. The apartment contains a kitchenette with dishwasher and clothes washing machine, microwave, and a Nespresso machine ready to go with a jar of capsules (there's even some left after my stay, and that says a lot). Murphy bed and sofa bed. Iron and ironing board. Train station is a simple seven-ish minute walk away, and one can be in Cannes, central Antibes, or Nice within minutes.
While you can sometimes hear neighbors, the blackout roller on the main window does an excellent job blocking out both light and noise.
