i had have ask the staff to check my room if it completely locked during im away. they havent come back to me which is less secure.

We booked this hotel to attend family event in BKCC. The location of this hotel is strategic with restaurants in walking distance. Good choice for s budget stay. The staff is friendly.
Check in time. Maybe can consider for early check in’s. I had traveled from Ipoh and sadly have to wait until 2pm

The location is excellent with so many eateries and convenience store within walking distance.
When I first check-in to the room, the room was reek of cigarette smell which took 2 days of keeping the windows open (luckily I book the room with windows) at all times to get rid of the smell. The room keeping require you to tell the counter personally to get them to do room keeping. However, during my 4th day of stay(booking 5 days) they did not do the room keeping for my room even though I already told the counter.
