This well equiped studio sits as part of a well established, fenced and landscaped property.
Head out the back gate and in 2 minutes your heading down the stairs to the beach.
Bring your walking shoes and explore the coastal tracks.
Otama is located between Opito Bay and Kuaotunu Beach, 3 of the most beautiful beaches in the Coromandel.
Otama Dunes are home to the rare and protected Doderill among other native species.
10 minutes drive to Kuaotunu and 25 minutes to Whitianga. Take the ferry across the channel...take your bikes

-Parking for 1 car available on site. Extras only by agreement with owner.
-Maximum of 5 occupants.
-Water is tank supply. Keep showers brief.
-Mobile phone coverage is greatly improved with our new cell tower.
-No Smoking on the property.
-No pets.
-No parties.
-Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

I loved everything about this space. Chris and Diane have done an excellent job! comfy beds and bedding, good water pressure, the space is curated with a mid century feel. 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Chris and Di were very friendly and we will 100% stay there again!

Chris's place is next to one of the most beautiful beaches, and round the corner from lots of other beaches that are just as idyllic. The unit is very comfortable and has a well equiped kitchen and comfortable hang out spaces. There is clothes washing facilities in the bathroom, which is great to wash off all the sand you get from being at the beach 3 times a day! Chris is very friendly and we'd definitely recommend his place and would love to go again ourselves.

What an amazing slice of heaven we found.
Otama Sands and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. Great place to get away from it all!!
