This compact apartment has everything that a couple needs. The location was perfect overnight for us hiking from Smartno to Tolmin.

It was perfect for us. There was nothing to dislike.

Bed was comfortable, great view in the morning, comfy living room

There was a present and persistant humidity smell. We were not provided with any wifi info and TV was actually not connected to it. Other equipments are not available, starting with the mosquito nets that were not functional. The flat need a bit of reinvestment if they want to keep it to a satisfying level, because it has a great potential! Also to be noted: the private and free parking spot is actually a public lay-by area by the road, so anyone can theoritically be parked there… a bit of a gamble in such a remote and tiny place

Si vede che la struttura è stata arredata con cura, la posizione è abbastanza comoda per visitare la valle dell’Isonzo. Il panorama sulla valle è molto bello.

Le zanzariere erano entrambe rotte. Ciò ha comportato difficoltà a cambiare aria e areare i locali, che puzzavano intensamente di muffa (tipo odore forte di cantina). Si capisce che l’appartamentino è stato ricavato da una cantina o dal garage di una casa. C’erano tracce di muffa in cucina e l’umidità dell’aria era molto alta nonostante la presenta di un piccolo deumidificatore/purificatore d’aria elettrico. Infine, il parcheggio non è della casa né attinente ad essa, ma si trova a circa 15 metri di distanza in una piazzola lungo la strada. Ciò può essere abbastanza scomodo se si devono spostare molte valige e zaini (come nel nostro caso). Infine, c’era una perdita d’acqua proveniente dalla base del WC.
