Welcome to Elm Suites! Located on the second floor of our building with your own private outdoor entrance, this bright and thoughtfully designed space offers comfort, convenience, and modern style for your stay.
The suite features an open-concept layout with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or a quick meal.
Relax in the cozy living area with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A pullout sofa (double size) provides additional sleeping space if needed.
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, and closet for your belongings, creating a restful retreat at the end of the day. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and vanity, with a complimentary washer and dryer conveniently tucked away for your use.
Additional features include air conditioning for your comfort, free parking in the rear lot, and a strong commitment to cleanliness—we take great pride in maintaining a fresh, welcoming space for every guest.

Seamless from start to finish. The owners were available throughout the stay for questions and referrals to local events and dining. The unit is spotless, and aperfect placeto wind down after a full day of touring.

We had a great time at Philip's apartment! The place was clean, exactly how it looked in the pictures, and had everything we needed for our 5 nights in Charlottetown. We were able to walk to most places and see a ton of the city, AND had a great parking spot for our rental car! Would stay there again, it was lovely.

This beautiful, well stocked apartment is located within walking distance to everything you might need - restaurants, cafes, groceries and entertainment. Yet, if you choose to dine in, the kitchen is perfect for cooking in and Netflix, Crave or Amazon Prime tv await you!
Suggest bringing earplugs to drown traffic sounds if that disturbs your sleep. If you forget them, no problem, you can get 30 for $3 at the nearby Dollar Store.
All in all a fantastic place to stay in town ! 😃
