The space itself was comfortable with a great view. The location was conveniently close to many shops and restaurants. It’s a great spot for travelers who enjoy hiking, as getting there requires a bit of effort and adds to the experience. For those who like to cook, the kitchenette was well equipped with workable pots and pans, along with a full set of plates, cups, and utensils, which made the stay feel very much like home.
Casa Bettina is located in a ZTL zone, which can make getting luggage in and out a bit challenging since cars aren’t allowed when the ZTL is active, but it is manageable with some planning.

Casa con vista panoramica a due passi dalla piazza di Ostuni ma silenziosa e fuori dal caos. Struttura pulitissima e dotata di tutto quel che serve. Host gentile e disponibile.

Amazing location exactly as pictured, with roof terrace overlooking the olive groves, donkey farm and the sea. The parking is a bit tricky, but our very helpful host pointed us to a stretch of road where parking is free. Further dow the road there are paying parking areas costing 5 euros a day, which is a bargain, and in any case, these areas are free after 9.30ish at night. The bed is really comfy. The flat is not air conditioned, but due to the east-facing orientation, it doesn't get direct sunlight beaming in during the hottest hours, and in spite of the narrow openings, ventillation is good it's easy to create a coolong draft and we didn't often need the stand ventillator (which broke while we were there, but our host responded very quickly and replaces it within a few hours). We're definitely be coming back!
It's a bit of a trek uphill – but if you're not okay with that, don't go to Ostuni. 🤣 Every stone step up is worth it! The flat is quite narrow (the bathroom and the way up to the roof), but that's par for the course in a historic little flat like that, adding charm to the place. The only truly negative thing I'd mention is the noise from the bar below, with music going on till the early hours, which isn't great on hot nights, as you need to keep the windows closed. But, again, that too is to be expected in a historic city like Ostuni.

It's an apartment with enormous potential, if only a few small tweaks could be made. The location is great, in a relatively quiet street (although right above a bar and considering you need to keep windows open at night to have the apartment cool down a bit in the heat of the summer, the noise levels from the bar can be annoying). The kitchen was well equiped for a short stay.
Everything fell apart, from the one ventilator provided that barely functioned to the bin in the bathroom, from the sunloungers on the rooftop that collapsed the minute you sat on them to the drying rack. The terrace is beautiful, but it would be so much better if there was something present to provide shade (there was a sun umbrella, but without a foot so it could not stand). We felt like we could not make use of the best part of the accommodation because it was just in the blazing sun all day. For the price, a new properly working ventilator could also be bought. The ventilator did not work and was the only thing to provide a bit of a reprieve from the heat. There is a fire alarm in the bedroom and although we absolutely support fire alarms, it's weird to hang it in the bedroom. It gives every few seconds a flash of light that also did not help to sleep properly. The apartment is located in a ZTL region so your only option is to park down from the old centre. The parking costed us more than 75 EUR additionally for a parking time totalling around 30h, which seemed excessive.
