Posizione centralissima, recentemente ristrutturata, due bagni, pulizia, accessori
Gradini pericolosi, servirebbero quanto meno le strisce adesive antiscivolo. Il letto è decisamente scomodo e non all'altezza della struttura, servirebbe un piccolo investimento per sostituirlo. Sarebbe utile disporre di zanzariere. Sarebbe utile qualche attaccapanni. La gestione dei rifiuti è fastidiosa, impensabile seguire il calendario della raccolta differenziata se si soggiorna per poche notti: l'alternativa è portare i rifiuti alle isole ecologiche, ma se non si dispone di mezzi propri per gli spostamenti?la struttura addebita un costo. Molto noioso in vacanza.

Posizione ottima, nel cuore della città vecchia, in posizione assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Pulizia e cura per i dettagli sono un punto di forza di questa casa.
la casa è completa di tutto, ottima anche per soggiorni lunghi. Per chi vuole vivere appieno la casa, una lavastoviglie sarebbe un accessorio certamente utile.
