our room did not include breakfast . We never had breakfast at peppers as weren't really impressed with the buffet. Tinned fruit ! We did however find a couple of nice cafe's with good breakfast.
Early bird and Nourish at Horseshoe Bay had great coffee and breakfast.
would have been nice to have some outdoor lie back chairs. Room interior was very basic.
No proper stove. location of room was great and room was a good size. Some magazines would have been nice. All is all it was good value for what we paid.

The all round view was excellent
The sounds of the water pipes vibrating in the ceiling when we used the taps also screen door would have been nice on bedroom door to get fresh air at night

There is no lift to the unit. There is a lift in the building but it doesn't go this unit. There are 14 stairs to haul your luggage up. It is a long and arduous walk for seniors.
Only the lounge room is airconditioned with a very old, very dirty, very weak, air conditioner. The bedroom has a pedestal column fan that is dirty and very weak. It isn't able to cool the room.
