On 2000 m of enclosed land with a small forest of green oak, our house consists of 3 bedrooms (for 6 persons), a large bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, dining room and outdoor area . Look at the pictures.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, cooking robots and all the necessary to cook. Air conditioner. High table and 5 stools
TV lounge 140 cm, wifi, 2 sofas for 6 people. Air conditioner.
Dining room a dining table for 6/8 people. Air conditioner.
Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed with wardrobe and a mezzanine for game rooms but it can be hot. There is a small BZ sofa.
Bedroom 2: 160 bed with dresser

A wardrobe on found in the hallway.
Bathroom double sinks, walk-in shower 2 m long and 2 faucets to take showers to 2 if you wish. Independent toilet.
A room / office of 9m2 to put an extra bed.
A cellar that gives access to the washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor kitchen will welcome you also with its table of 10 people equipped with a big refrigerator freezer, a plate induction, a barbecue with wood, a true oven with pizza, a griddle electric, a pierrade, a coffee machine ...
A pool table awaits you for a cocktail party or late evening.
A swimming pool 10 x 4.5 with large beach and lounge under arbor 6 to 8 seats.
We receive 3 nights minimum at the rate of 40 € per night and per person. That's € 1680 for a week for 6 people. A deposit of 1500 € will be required.
Cleaning is included. We provide linens (sheets, towels and pool towels).
Living next door on the same property, I take care of the pool and outdoor and I am at your disposal for any requests or information.
I will be happy to light the barbecue or the pizza oven because we do not laugh with the fire in the area. We have 3 chickens we must also feed them.
According to my availability, if you wish, I can accompany you to guide you in your visits.

Nous avons passer un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Laurent, laquelle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cette location, idéalement placée pour découvrir la région.
