Plenty of space
Own balcony
Fee for late check-in of 15€, which was not mentioned before.
A lot of essentials missing: No soap, no toilet paper, no kitchen sponge etc.

The rooms were hot at night due to only having a tiny air conditioner

Good location. Loved San Vito
There was slugs falling inside from the A/C. We would woke up to 3-4 slugs every morning.
We also lost water for three hours but that was fixed by the owner. I was expecting more.
