About this apartment rental
Cozy, 40 m2 guest apartment in north eastern outskirts of Rosenheim.
Only for non-smokers, quiet, attentive and considerate guests!
We only speak German. Therefore, we can only accept guests who speak German well.
The well-known Rosenheimer Wiesn (fair) is only a few minutes walk away, the city center is about 15 minutes.
Nevertheless, a quiet location directly on the landscape protection area adjacent to the grounds of the Landesgartenschau 2010, where every year the big summer festival takes place.
Nature and brook directly behind the house as well as the Inn - and Mangfalldamm which invites for daily jogging and mountain biking.
Short walk in the countryside by bike to the many lakes (Floriansee, Happingerausee, Erlensee) nearby. To Simssee about 15 km.
2 bakeries and 2 grocery stores, outdoor pool can be reached in a few minutes. Addresses see under guidebook.
For your own completed apartment in the DG of the house, belongs a private shower room incl. Toilet,
- Fresh hand, - / Duschtücher and soap are available. Please DO NOT use it for make-up removal and shoes.
- There is also a mini kitchen with pad coffee maker & flash kettle, incl. -
Coffee pads & teabags integrated,
- In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a 42 l hotel refrigerator and a 2 -
Plate electric hob and the appropriate dishes equipped.
- Bed linen is provided. Radio / CD player and satellite TV available.

ACCESS:
Through the hall of the terraced house to separate apartment in the attic.
We ask you to take off the street shoes on the ground floor by the front door.
A shoe rack is ready there.
Please bring slippers with you.
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking! Not suitable for pets! No parties or events! Not suitable for children (0-12 years)
* It is NOT allowed to bring UNPAIRED persons into the house / APARTMENT!
* Do not bring dogs or other animals
* When leaving the apartment daily, please CLOSE ALL ROOF WINDOWS and switch off the hobs and electrical appliances!
* Please DO NOT LOCK the DOOR DOWN at the DAILY LEAVING of the house with the key from the outside!
* When going home after your home lock the front door with the inside key in! Existing key is stuck!
* DO NOT throw hygiene items (sanitary pads, tampons, panty liners) in the toilet!
Clogging!
Please use trash can for this
* FINAL CLEANING takes over GUEST! Please make everything clean, (shower, sink, electrical appliances, coffee maker, dishes, etc.) as no cleaning fee is charged!
* Please DO NOT use towels for make-up removal and shoes
* RESPECT for roommates
* After 22. 00 clock please rest!
* All LUMINAIRES / LAMPS in the hallways of the house please turn OFF after pressing!
* Leave furniture, decoration and items in their place and do not change them
* In case of LOSS of the provided KEY the guest is liable!
If the KEY IS NOT RETURN, the guest will be liable for the loss and the costs incurred will be charged
