About this house rental
Single-storey townhouse next to the community pool and garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed. bedroom with three single beds in bunk. Bathroom with bathtub. American kitchen and living room. Garden with barbecue table, umbrella and two deck chairs. It has basic Wifi.
The house is located in a private urbanization three kilometers from Tossa de Mar. With entry and exit control by barrier and security guards. At 100 meters from the house is the supermarket. The beach is for the exclusive use of residents. On the beach there is enough and free parking. On the beach there are two beach bars where you can have a drink or eat. And in one of the two beach bars you can have dinner.
To consider:
Bed linen and towels can be brought by you, or you can rent them
Bed linen, sheets, 10 euros per person
Towels, one for shower and one for hands, 5 euros.
Pets, 25 euros for the entire holiday period
Baby cot and high chair, € 25 for the entire stay

Een fijn huisje op een fijne plek.
De ventilatoren (hier hebben we om gevraagd en kregen we meteen) zijn echt een must wanneer het heel warm is.
Huisje heeft op zich alles, hoewel de verlichting rond de bank/ tv ontbrak.
Zwembad is rustig, supermarkt op 2 min loopafstand. Strand is 5 min met de auto, parkeren lukt en is gratis. Strand is heerlijk en wonderschoon.
Tossa de Mar op 7 minuten rijden.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette location.
La villa récemment rénovée est très propre. Elle se situe dans une urbanisation au calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine.
Un petit supermarché se trouve à l'entrée de l'urbanisation, bien pratique.
Et la plage est à 5 minutes en voiture.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la propriété. La piscine, nettoyée tous les jours. La plage, une jolie crique, propre, idéale pour les enfants.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten Anlage mit schönem Pool. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan und das Meer gut in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Bucht ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und fürchterlich unbequem. Ein Lattenrost quietschte so stark, dass wir die Matratze auf den Boden legen mussten.
Wir hatten aber insgesamt eine gute Zeit.
