Villa with sea views in a private residential complex of 42 houses, closed with a barrier. With private garden, community pool, playground and more than 10. 000m2 of garden area. 500 meters from 2 beaches and 5 coves, 2 km. from the most beautiful town on the Costa Brava.
In the cove a few meters from the house there is a supermarket, several restaurants, beach bar and beach club-club with live music.
First floor: Porch chiluot, living room with sea views, terrace with sea views, private garden with sea views, a toilet, kitchen.(parking at the entrance)
Second floor: Two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a suite room with porch terrace overlooking the sea

La maison était exactement comme présentée sur le site, très agréable, propre, spacieuse, avec plusieurs terrasses pour échapper à la chaleur du soleil en fonction de l’heure de la journée. Et une vue magnifique.
La piscine commune en haut de la résidence est également très agréable et propre, avec un panorama grandiose. Il y avait aussi un petit parc de jeu pour les enfants.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le pass que les propriétaires nous ont prêté pour avoir accès aux plages à proximité.
Enfin, les propriétaires nous ont vraiment très bien accueillis!
