Beautiful place, highly recommend. So nice between all the different outdoor spaces it was hard to leave because we felt so content. Owned by a friendly couple nearby who were happy to give us our space. Would rent a car though. Tons of snorkeling gear and beach gear provided. You can snorkel right off the deck by the sea, or just float in the turquoise water in an aqua hammock with a daiquiris in hand. Also Magens Point beach nearby is definitely worth a visit as well.

Enjoyed our stay at CJM. I felt that the property description was accurate. We enjoyed that the 3 bedrooms were each on their own floor. The hosts were very responsive as needed. The plunge pool was nice to get in when it was hot out without having to go all the way down the stairs to the ocean. Sitting by the ocean in the Palapa, though, was very soothing and enjoyable. There were plenty of dishes, towels and cookware, so no issues there. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Outdoor bathroom was awesome! For future guests, be ready to drive on some windy, bumpy roads anytime you go anywhere. This wasn't really an issue for us because we were fine to mainly hang out at the house but if we'd been wanting to go in and out several times each day, it would have been better to stay closer to town. Also, all of the beds were kind of hard so if you like soft beds, you prob wouldn't like the beds. We slept fine, though, because by the end of each day, everyone was exhausted. For the hosts, the kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced as it sprays water everywhere when you use it which is annoying. It is broken. Also, not sure why the ice maker exit (where you get ice into the glass) gets clogged constantly, but that was a pain because if you forgot about it and opened the freezer, water would have melted and it got all over the floor. It almost seemed like the ice cubes being made were too big for the exit hole where it comes out of the door. Just minor things that need attn.

We’ve stayed in St Thomas several times and this was by far the best!! vERY private with breath taking views, the house had everything needed for cooking and was very clean. The host was available at all times and provided everything we asked for. I would recommend you get a pin from the host to get to the property, GPS doesn’t take you to it. We had an amazing experience for our week and I highly recommend this place.

Positive Aspects: This VRBO is located in a quiet gated neighborhood and has breathtaking views. The bedrooms and kitchen area provided the perfect accommodation for our family of five.Areas for Improvement: one morning, my son was startled awake by water dripping onto his bed due to a leak during rainfall. The deck stairs to the ocean trail had been reinforce by wedging a 2x4 under, but ended up falling a foot as my child and i went down them. There are no pictures of the path to the ocean side deck for a reason. The path is rugged and made from various rocks. The ocean deck looks cool in the pictures, but once down on the deck the path to get to the water included a calculated procedure to move between large rocks that is not child friendly.Hot water for the building is provided by a solar heat system. You must monitor usage at night to ensure hot water in the morning. The constant surveillance from the Ring doorbell and camera felt intrusive. The pool was not very well taken care of. The water was very cloudy and the chlorinator was empty when we arrived. Being a pool owner, I could tell that the chemicals were off, and after a few days I ended up adding a tablet to the chlorinator and the water defiantly cleared up over my remaining days.Overall, while the home offered stunning views and adequate living spaces, the issues with water leakage, safety hazards, ocean access, and maintenance shortcomings detracted from our experience. Not sure it was worth the cost.
