About this villa rental
Your whole group will feel like they are on top of the world at Bettye’s Villa, being over 650 ft above the Caribbean Sea!
It’s a Tropical Paradise here in St Thomas in the Virgin Islands. Culinary delights, pristine beaches, all in an unblemished environment.
You will have plenty of room for all your guests with over 5600 Sq Ft of living space inside and outside, over an acre of property.
There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for your enjoyment.
On the top floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Chefs kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a game room, and a laundry room, with one of the bedrooms having bunk beds in it. Outside there is a fenced in backyard.
On the main floor there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Chefs kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a game room, & a laundry room.
Across the driveway your group can enjoy the Infinity Pool day or night. There is a Cabana for your pleasure that will sleep two, with a large full bathroom, TV and kitchenette.
We have satellite internet access all over the property.

We now offer karaoke & DJ Services.
On the bottom floor that’s only accessible by the outside stairs in the front of the villa, there is an apartment where our property managers live and keep everything on the property working smoothly.

my party of 7 adults and 5 children loved this property. we had plenty of room that fostered family togetherness yet plenty of privacy too. Know that this is located in mountainous terrain and driving can be heart stopping. The caretakers are super nice and very accommodating to needs. The views are spectacular. highly recommended if you are able to navigate a driveway that is steep in some places. 2 kitchens in the main house. Check in was easy and fast.

My group and I can for Carnival and had a wonderful time. A plus for us was we could hear the music from the house, So we were not far from all the festivities. The house was wonderful and we all Loved the set up, even with the that were a bit problematic nothing that wont be amazing when certain up grades are made. The views are spectacular and the wrap around deck are a plus plus. Thanks again to our host Richard. I definitely would book with him again. Until next time VI

St Thomas was amazing, the beaches and restaurants great. The house is so charming and spacious.
