Duży ogrodzony teren. Gokarty, plac zabaw dla dzieci.

Duży parking na terenie ośrodka, spory pokój z łazienką, lodówka w pokoju, plac zabaw dla dzieci, możliwość wypożyczenia gokartów na miejscu, market w pobliżu, w pokoju od strony północnej dobry komfort termiczny w upalne dni (pokój nie nagrzewał się), bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką,
Trochę nieszczelne drzwi przez które niosły się dźwięki z korytarza i klatki schodowej, słabe wyciszenie stropu nad pokojem na 2 piętrze (mając wyżej głośnych wczasowiczów nie liczących się z innymi w nocy nie ma spania), słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem (to chyba problem w całym Niechorzu), nie uzupełniony pojemnik na mydło w łazience,

Wspaniały pobyt, lokalizacja super, blisko sklep Dino, piekarnia parę metrów dalej, do morza króciutki spacerek. Pokoje czyste, możliwość korzystania z aneksu kuchennego oraz rowerów.Z całego serca wszystkim polecam ten obiekt 😃.

Czysto, można z pieskiem, sporo kanałów w tv.
Bardzo ciepło w pokojach, przez otwarte wieczorem okno wpada sporo hałasu z pobliskiej drogi. Materace baaardzo miękkie. Łazienka w stylu przełomu lat '90 i '00 (szczególnie firanka prysznicowa).
