Ogromny plus dla właściciela za pozwolenie, żebyśmy zostali do godziny 17.00 podczas gdy doba hotelowa kończyła się o godzinie 10.00. W zamian za to zostaliśmy poproszeni o wywiezienie wszystkich śmieci.
Remont łazienek, nieprzyjemnie było brać prysznic oraz brak możliwości wyrzucenia śmieci (pod obiektem brak śmietników). Zostaliśmy poproszeni o zabranie ze sobą śmieci, co prawda w zamian za to, że właściciel zgodził się, żeby przedłużyć nam dobę, mogliśmy zostać aż do 17.00, co było na plus. Smród z szafek w a'la kuchni. Przydałoby się odświeżenie wnętrz. Zimna woda w zlewach kuchennych, brak blatów roboczych, żeby przygotować śniadanie trzeba to robić w salonie na stole.
