The staff were the highlight here. The room was basic but comfortable and I slept well here. Nothing fancy, but clean and great value for money. Excellent location just up from the train station. A good base to stay if planning Machu Picchu circuits over a couple of days.
Towels were a bit limited with only two bath towels and no washcloths or hand towels. Water temperature was a bit erratic.

It was in a somewhat quiet part of town, free breakfast.
Elevator was broken still from other reviews I saw, 5 flights of stairs, rooms were hot not fans or anything , even with windows open nothing because they open into an enclosed open area. If you had windows open everything echoes and was loud and would wake you up.
