Personal war super, die Lage ruhig und das Zimmer sauber. Man braucht ca. 20min zu Fuß bis zum Strand.
Das Bett und Kopfkissen sind ganz unbequem. Alt und laut. Ein Badezimmer teilen 3 Apartments (8 Personen), deswegen war immer eine Warteschlange. In der Küche fehlt noch Kochgeschirr und die Terrasse kann man nicht nutzen, da sie Klimaanlage dort steht, deswegen laut und ganz heiß. Die Klimaanlage pumpt warme Luft. Man braucht

Same breakfast 5 days, unhealthy sweets.
The light in the bathroom is on a sensor, it turns off quickly and than you shower in the dark, very impractical for a family with children.

The property was perfect! Nice and modern, comfortable, all the kitchen equipment you need to cook a proper meal, very clean. Every morning we woke up and out in the common area kitchen there was nice little packeted pastries for us. It was a great stay, highly recommend. Matteo the host was also fabulous, communication was so easy and he was so helpful with any questions we had, even called us a taxi when we left. He was great! All around great stay here.

The location was very handy for the beach, 20 minutes walk.

The property comes with some equipment to take to the beach, but only enough for 1 room.
I was asked on the day of check out if I would mind vacating the property early because they had another booking that they had allowed to check in early! I refused to check out early & there was no further problem but I can not believe that I was even asked this to begin.
Communication with the staff was like pulling teeth, i had to ask multiple times for information that should have been provided as standard when checking in. Also I wasn’t believed when there were minor issues like no coat hangers, WiFi not working etc.
Ps if you are tossing up between this property and another and the breakfast is a deciding factor don’t. The breakfast is sugar laden prepackaged cakes, breads & sugary yogurt.
