Tolle Lage direkt am Meer und zentral zur Innenstadt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß.

Wer lärmempfindlich ist stört sich vermutlich an den Umgebungsgeräuschen durch die umliegenden Bars, uns hat es aber nicht gestört

L'emplacement est très bien pour un accès a pieds a la ville avec ses restaurants et boutiques. la vue extraordinaire sur l'océan est magnifique. Les premières plages a 5 mn a pieds.

Le manque de parking a proximité. il n'est pas rare de tourner pendant plus de 15 mn pour trouver une place ... Le balcon a hauteur de têtes pour les passants demande un moment pour 's'habituer

Amazing location

It was simply brilliant

Perfect location and stunning views from balcony. Lovely sat on balcony watching the world walk by. Nice large tv and spacious apartment in general.

A relatively small amount of work/investment by the owner could dramatically improve this property. Patio furniture - absolutely dreadful cheaper than cheap, two small white plastic chairs and a plastic table. The chairs were HIDEOUSLY uncomfortable to sit on, way too small for anyone other than a 5 year old child, and made sitting on the wonderful balcony for any period over ten mins pretty unpleasant. Come on owner - this patio and view deserves some half decent furniture! It could be an amazing spot for all your guests to while away many hours sipping wine, and really frustrating that the current chairs make that impossible. There is also one cheap plastic sun lounger crammed into the corner, taking up lots of patio space but it really isn’t usable. Just chuck it! Nighttime noise - we are not light sleepers, but the noise from the Spanish bar next to the bedroom until 2am was very loud indeed. This is coupled with noise from morning deliveries around 6am, so there is really only 4 hours of quiet time where you can sleep undisturbed. The bedroom window is very good at blocking out the noise IF CLOSED, but without any aircon the heat was unbearable with it closed. And this was in October, I dread to think how bad it would be in summer. There is one bedroom fan provided, but again this fan is extremely poor quality and does not do anything near a decent job. Short term - at least two decent quality fans needed, but this apartment really would benefit from aircon being installed due to the location of the bedroom. Interior furniture - bed and mattress very basic. Mattress was as hard as rock, no headboard, seemed the bare minimum has been spent overall on interior furniture. Minor points: More attention to detail/ better cleaning needed: Wet towels hung up in bathroom when we arrived, half a toilet roll next to toilet to last us the entire stay, and a half used box of tissues on the dining room table (containing some used tissues too!!).
