2019 build modern VILLA near the beach. Great golf course and mountain view. Located in a secured, gated beachfront community. Villa is fully furnished with comfortable modern furniture and fully equipped. Silent Split ACs in all bedrooms plus ceiling fans in all rooms. Beautiful garden and pool area with spacious covered terrace and a breathtaking view. Garden seating area, charcoal BBQ, WIFI, carport.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, it accommodated my family very well.The villa is well eqipped and the host Michael is very attentive and responsive. You will not regret booking this villa. The beds are comfy, the pool was our highlight, we definitely enjoyed it every day. The beach is nearby and we also enjoyed it. The area is safe and quiet at night. Definitely booking again.

We loved the pool a terrace area! An added bonus was a bathroom for each bedroom. Michael always responded immediately to our questions. We will absolutely stay here again.

This is the way to stay in the Dominican! Great, clean home in a great neighborhood. We were about a block and a half from a beautiful beach, and the local people were super friendly. This is a safe place to stay with a grocery store within a mile. The pool and backyard flowers are just wonderful!

The property was great, spacious, very good location and the best was the garden with the patio and swimming pool and magnificent view. Michael the owner was very attentive to our needs.
