(From Peretola Airport you can reach the property by taxi or by the recently established low-cost public transport "Tranvia" which will take you to Piazza San Marco, a 4-minute walk from the property.)
this characteristic 60 sqm apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a building of only 4 apartments with an important peculiarity it is equipped with a private:
ELEVATOR very useful on your arrival with your bags and on your return home after having made your excursions to the discovery of Florence or maybe after going up to the dome of the Duomo.

BED ROOM -with single bed and bedside wardrobe. the view of the window is a beautiful open-air painting on the hills of Fiesole.
LIVING ROOM - in addition to the round solid wood table, chairs, flat screen TV, there is the sofa that can become a single bed for 1 people (very comfortable for sleeping: with wooden slats)
KITCHEN - livable with a second extendable rectangular table, chairs and is equipped with all steel cooking equipment, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances, Microwave Washing- machine with short cycles of even 15 minutes.
BATHROOM - Sink integrated in the white lacquered cabinet, large mirror, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle.
FACILITIES -Independent heating and air conditioning: (one split in the kitchen one in the living room and the other in the double bedroom) free WIFI connection. Armored security door and intercom.
LINEN - will be provided based on the stay: providing changes for longer stays

The apartment is located 5 minutes from Piazza Duomo and 3 minutes from Piazza S. Marco where there are bus and taxi stops.
S. MARIA NOVELLA STATION is 900 meters from the apartment and can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or by taxi. From the Station it is possible arrive to the apartment with the TRANVIA and to stop on Piazza S. Marco .(4 minutes on foot to the apartment . From Peretola Airport, there's a new TRANVIA service that goes to Piazza San Marco, (4 minutes to the apartment) and the cost is €1.70 per person.
to the Station there are: the Sita (Pulman) useful for reaching the nearby towns of Tuscany.
The apartment -is in the center, pedestrian area, the Car is not necessary, but you can get there by Car to go to one of the many private paid Garages that are in the nearby: one of these is the” Garage MichelangeloVia Ricasoli at n 28 "..

We loved the location of this property and the view of the Duomo and Florence skyline. We were here for New Year’s Eve and got to see the fireworks across the city from multiple views from the apartment. The Accademia/David is almost next door. There is also a tramvia stop about two minutes walk which is a super cheap and easy way to get to the airport for just less than 2 euro per person! There is an elevator to get your bags up to the top floor, which is good because we easily walked down the stairs but it would have been a tough walk up! The host was very helpful with local things, especially if you have a little conversational Italian like we did. There were also some small conveniences that the host kept in the apartment and a fully stocked set of kitchen tools that were much more accessible than in some other small European apartment stays we’ve done. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Close to big Florence attractions. Walkable to all spots. AC was amazing for June heat. Only drawback-Recycle containers were outside apartment and on regular occasion large numbers of glass would be dropped around midnight.

The apartment was clean and the location was great. We ended up using the heat as the apartment was cold at this time of year. I give it a 3 as they were working on the facade from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through saturday. It got very loud and the apartment was vibrating. No chance of sleeping in. I understand that upkeep is necessary however we were not aware of the work being done.I recommend contacting the host to see if the construction has been completed
