The location and brightness of the house is amazing. Just the maintenance of the house could be done to keep things more

The location is perfect. The surroundings are beautiful and the atmosphere is serene. There are things to enjoy no matter the weather. Really nice and cosy veranda to hang out watching the pine trees and the dunes.

The sauna was not hot enough…It only got up to 50 degrees, the showers and the toilet by the sauna were not working aswell. The sofa beds could be more new - it was not very comfortable to sleep as they’re quite used.

the water filter (located under the stairs) was very loud, even waking up at night. When taking a shower, it is difficult to adjust the water temperature, if someone else starts using water elsewhere, only cold water starts running.

Exceptional

Everything was amazing! The magic of going to sleep with the sound of waves...And the first thing you see when you wake up is a wild beach and waves crashing to the shore. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, cozy bedrooms. There is a corner for kid toys, nice basketball court. Truly amazing place!

everything was perfect - the location where I can see the sea from my bed every detail was the trough - even netflix account is connected so you can watch anything you want cleanliness - when you come into home and can smell the freshness staff - extremely responsive, polite and helps to solve everything

very nice place family stay

Everything is just great, location, houses itself, surrounding area, kitchen is excellent, you find everything you need there so I would rate this stay 10/10. Atmosphere is just great there, place is very kids and pets friendly so it is perfect for family stay.

Masterbedroom is located on the second floor and there is no door, so you can hear every noise from first floor via stairs passage. But the most funny thing was that in the night around 2pm waterfilter started to clean water with very loud sounds, I jumped out of the bed as I was sure water is flooding house and ran downstairs to check sounds coming from waterfilterbox under stairs, when I inclined to check what is written on the display of the box I haven`t expected that somebody deiced to put bookshelf right up on the waterfilter box and bumped into it with head, would be nice to remove either scary sounds in the night or bookshelf so nobody else get hurts :D

''Latvian Miami'' - private beach front, ultra modern facilities, big beds, amazing terraces

I have never stayed in property that close to Latvian beach! Amazing experience to hear the sea and watch on waves from 2nd floor terrace. As to the house itself - Both of terraces, modern appliances, heat control, well equipped kitchen and splendid, large bedroom on the 2nd floor are the biggest assets of the house, turning into a very modern, cozy and recreation worth house. Also there are many recreation areas around the house like basketball field, huge bouncer to jump on, grill area with tables and chairs and of course beach with private beachfront and lounge area.

Stairs to the 2nd floor, it is a very narrow angle, very less space for feet, very dangerous to get down to. Also area of the house could be used more wisely to feel more space, bedrooms on the 1st floor are very comfortable due to size and comfort of the beds, yet rooms itself very congested with furniture and small space itself, what does not let the air circulate that well.

Location is superb, right next to the beach, and glassed terraces are lovely also in the winter.

Not a place for light sleepers, as the boiler/ heater is very noisy and situated just below the upper floor bedroom. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Matresses could be cleaner, much cleaner...

The property is located right by the seaside and has a wonderful beach. Fireplace, sunbeds, grill, views, everything for a relaxing, mind-easing time and experience.

Puikus ilgasis savaitgalis su šeima ir draugais

Vieta yra nuostabi, magiška! Baltijos jūros perlas :) Todėl nekeista, kad sunku čia rasti laisvų vietų, ypač vasarą. Visi nameliai beveik ant jūros kranto, iškart už kopų. Šeimininkai ir personalas pasirūpinę viskuo, kad svečiams būtų patogu ir nieko netrūktų. Galima net įsigyti malkų griliui. Lovos patogios, švaru, tvarkinga, wi-fi puikus. Yra visiškai viskas, ko gali prireikti apsistojus net ir ilgam laikui. Komunikacija su šeimininkais taip pat be priekaištų-akivaizdu, kad tai yra malonūs ir rūpestingi žmonės. Tikiuosi, dar sugrįšime :)

Wasser, Wellen, Wind - Tankstelle für die Seele

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar! Direkt an der Ostsee, von der Unterkunft keine hundert Meter bis über die Düne. Nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen. Es gibt viele Plätze zum Sitzen und von denen aus man die Sonne genießen kann. Grillplatz, Sauna, große Wiese zum Spielen, Basketballkorb, Riesentrampolin - alles unter wunderbaren Kiefern.... Unser Häuschen "Idille" war sehr groß, 3 Schlafzimmer (Teil mit 3 Betten), ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Krökelkiste und kleinem Billardtisch und zwei Wintergärten. Wir waren als Paar außerhalb der Saison mit unserem Hund für 3 Nächte auf unserer Baltikum-Rundreise vor Ort.

Super Lokation, aber der Pflege sollte nicht vergessen werden
