Host is very easy to align with and was very helpful with anything that is needed. It has good bed, separate living room, new bathroom and kitchen has everything you need for a stay.
Some noise from construction, but it was not constant, and not starting too early.

房东人很好很热心，民宿里东西准备得也很全：咖啡、啤酒、果汁、茶、巧克力，住得非常舒心。我永远忘不了，因为没有大巴，房东与丈夫主动开车送我去我的下一个目的地，感激不尽。 The host was wonderful and very warm-hearted. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything—coffee, beer, juice, tea, chocolate—making the stay incredibly comfortable. I'll never forget how, when there was no bus available, the host and her husband kindly offered to drive me to my next destination. I'm truly grateful beyond words.
