The size of the apartment was perfect, it was clean, with airco, quiet, good beds.
The location was also nice, on a reasonable distance from Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, Orléans...
If we visit the region again, the hotel will be on our list ;-)
The breakfast was ok of quality but messy. I think it has to do with the space, it's too small, there is not a good overview for the people working there, so sometimes there is for instance bread or milk missing without noticing it.
There was no optional choice of breakfast, f.i. concerning the eggs, that would have been nice as an extra.

I very easy to find from the highway.
As with most hotels in France …No mirror at the table for the wife’s hair styling.
It was all generally ok

Location
To start it was not Best Western as I have booked it but Apart Hotel in the back. In my kids bedroom bedside lamp was hanging from the wall exposing all the electric wires

Almost all, kind staff, good food in the restaurant and waiters who, despite the huge amount of guests, still were able to show some ´personal touch´.
For sure the breakfast, which was very moderate and not really tasteful. We ate a bit of some food and drank a coffee.. Value for money, 16 euro pp, was definitely low.

Usually the hotel meets our expectations, but this day we had some bad luck (see below). The location works well for us and the en-suite rooms are excellent.
Unfortunately the room was not made when we arrived late afternoon after a long day of travelling. The hotel said that they were short of staff and most rooms still needed to be made. They offered us complementary drinks, which was nice, but we would have much preferred to arrive at a clean room in order to rest and have our pet in a secure place. Once we were given a room, the room was obviously made up quickly. Also, the restaurant could definitely do with improvement. The food is not quite what one would hope for in France.

We had a family room and they are very suited to 4 people families. The bed in the living room is a sofa bed, but it was comfortable, stable and very good to sleep.
The hotel gate is quite large and it is actually not so obvious when arriving late (and tired) where is the entrance while the gate is closed. Better signposting of where the car should drive could help. I do not remember getting a phone number, but if the guest is meant to arrive after the gate closes, it would be useful for the team to make sure the guests know how to call the reception to get it.
For family rooms, it's best to head straight to the parking behind the hotel, as it is where the appartments are.

the breakfast was super nice! lots of choices and fresh products
The reality didn’t match the pictures advertised at all. The hotel looked very beautiful on booking but we were moved all the way to a very outdated building. They expected us to sleep with 3 in one bed. So it ended up with one kid needing to sleep on the floor. The floors were very dirty and there was a long walk from the nice reception and first building through about 5 doors and corridors until we were at our room. When we asked to clean up a floor the cleaning lady came with a spray and a towel and within two seconds she was gone again.

Very good staff and very helpful
Breakfast is okay, not many warm options. Room always smelled like someone has been smoking, so i am assuming its due to not so good ventilation.. The sheets were never changed for my stay of 6 days.

We were very heartily welcomed to this property, which, despite its central location, is a very quiet place, surrounded by green patches and with plenty of parking space all around. We stayed in the aparthotel block, where rooms are more spacious and come with a small kitchenette. The centre of the pretty village of Meung-sur-Loire is only a few hundred yards away.
The bedroom could have been cleaner: the rubbish bin was still full, and on closer inspection, there was still quite a lot of dust on the floor. It appears the hotel applies a "clean-your-own-kitchen" policy, and the previous guests may not have been very good at cleaning up.

Very comfortable indeed. The bed was so comfortable I had no neck pain in the morning for the first time ever. The location and town were also great.
Nothing serious but some staining on the shower’s grouting.

very helpful staff who answered messages very quickly. comfortable and spacious apartment and excellent breakfast available. because of delays , we arrived at 4 am and the night staff were really helpful. An excellent place to stay with a family and dog for an overnight stop over. would definitely book again.

Very comfortable beds, a room with brand new bathroom.
The location is ok, a bit far from Orleans but a calm area about 20km away. Convenient for a family trip. The town of Meung sur Loire has an excellent Comunal Swimming-pool which helps staying in the area in summer. Price for an adult and two kids for the whole day is €10,-
The soit disant SPA in the property basement is a joke, a sauna at 65°C and a small jacuzzi at €10,- per person for ½ hour. Just a ridiculous joke. No photos taken as I was outrageously disgusted by what we got for €30,- for me and my kids enjoy a bit of relax after a long trip.

Hotel is conveniently located, rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable. We travelled with a pet, which was no problem. We got a room on the ground floor, which made everything easy.
It would have been helpful to get two keys for the both of us. We should have asked for this. For two guests, two keys are more convenient.

Good front office staff; fast check in and friendly. Location is in a good area.
The apartment was not clean when we came in. In one of the bedrooms, the window shutter was broken and could not be opened, so it was dark all the time. The level of cleanliness in general was low..which was surprising and disappointing; what was comical, was that they had a note on the kitchen sink, saying that they would charge extra if the customer left the apartment without doing the dishes!
The shower and the washbasin in the bathroom were clogged so the water would accumulate when showering or brushing our teeth.
In general, not what I had expected from a Best Western.
