The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great view from our room. The Onsens were lovely (both the public as well as the private ones). The carefully prepared dinner and breakfast with local and seasonal delights was outstanding. The free shuttle service was awesome.
It would be very helpful to have the hotel website fully translated into other languages, for instance during booking we were not aware, that there are other food options available on site.
