I would not book it again

It is veeeeery far from the city center. I love walking but the location is so bad. You need to walk 30 mins between different factories - I didn’t feel safe when I was coming back late evening. Double bad is a two singles so there is a space between - it’s not comfortable. No amenities in the bathroom. The window is broken and hard to open and air condition not working properly. They also charged for city tax and which include in the booking price.

It’s clean. They provide towels, looks like on the photos.

Overall, OK for budget travelers.

The property location is good if you are interested to spend time around Resegone mountain. It is around 20-30min walk from central train station. The property is in quiet location with some nice local bars around. The room was ok for price.

The double bed is made of 2 small matrasses instead of 1. Room is big however sparsely furnished so there is an echo. The tv is not smart, so just Italian programs. There is air conditioning, however we have seen only 1 remote for both rooms in the property. There is a kitchen in common area, however the useful amenities in it are microwave, kettle, coffee machine, plates and eating utensils - no pot or pans. The owner was friendly and best to contact in messages, however not very flexible. When checking-in we couldn't come at the time we informed we will arrive (during check-in hours) due to some unforeseen circumstances. When leaving the property there was sharp focus on check-out policy (It was weird, since initially owner asked us our leaving time) and we couldn't stay even few minutes after check-out time.

Pleasant room in nice residential area

The property is in a pleasant residential location away from the main center. I needed to be near hospital so was ideal for this. Really nice large bed and everything you need for a short stay. I had breakfast at a lovely little local cafe nearby.

The bathroom is not ensuite so you have to leave the bedroom to access it. There is another room in the property but it has its own ensuite bathroom. The two rooms would be ideal for a family or two couples given the shared kitchen.

Good location, 15 minutes from the central station by bus. A very good supermarket 200m from the apartment.

The toilet was constructed on a balcony. It might get cold in there during the winter months...

Amazing stay with great value for money

- good communication with the owner, he let us use the apartment for luggage storage on the first day before official check-in which was very helpful for us. - the apartment is shared, but the room has a private bathroom across the hall which you can lock. During our stay, we were alone in the whole apartment so also the fully equipped kitchen was only for us. - there is a supermarket, bus station, and several restaurants nearby, just be careful of their opening hours, as most of them were closed every time we tried to go there. The buses go only until around 8 pm, otherwise, it is around 30 min walk from the city center.

- the location is quite far from the city center if you don't have a car - there is only a "top head" of the shower so it is difficult to have a proper shower without getting your hair wet.

Far from city centre, no air conditioner, toilet in the balcony, no shampoo or something. Also there are windows but they are in the toilet/balcony, so it is impossible to open them. Small room.

Exceptional

Last minute stay as camping site shut. A cheerful Mauro turned up 10 minutes after phoning him up and showed us round a clean and tidy apartment. All facilities in good working order. Short 10 minute cycle or 20 minute walk to Lecco main points of interest. Really enjoyed our one night stay and welcomed by locals at bar close by when out ordering emergency chocolate. Ended up staying the night. Thanks Mauro.

Bathroom arranged on the balcony, and nothing bad in this idea in fact beside the fact that the balcony door not closable on the bathrooms side. Lack of ventilation channels at all.

Pleasant

Very friendly staff! The room and the bathroom were modern and clean! There is a kitchen for shared use. Free parking in the courtyard. A supermarket is close by.

I booked the room with the included bathroom but ended up with the balcony room, this was a little unfortunate since then our bathroom was outside of the room. Also even tough there were “no smoking” signs everywhere our room unfortunately smelled a bit like cigarettes… I didn’t like that. Moreover the double bed is made out of two separate mattresses, this was a bit uncomfortable.

Bathroom was strange, with a glass seethrough door that doesn't close from the inside and the windows were right on the street so we couldn't open them for long. Also location wasn't great

La posizione dell'alloggio vicina al lungo lago di Lecco e alla stazione dei traghetti e del treno, la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Elena che è stata davvero gentile nel darci indicazione e aiuto, precisa in tutte le indicazioni date. Era tutto pulito nella struttura e organizzato al meglio nonostante i piccoli spazi. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura per l'ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo e per la gentilezza di Elena

Trochę daleko od centrum Lecco. W mieszkaniu nie było ani jednego garnka. Łóżko złączone z dwóch materacy zapadało się na środku. Łazienka zamykana, poza pokojem.

Obiekt bardzo dobrej klasy, codziennie sprzątany. Dodatkowo codziennie nowa kawa gratis. Pokój sporych rozmiarów, w zupełności wystarczający. Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację to raczej dla osób zmotoryzowanych. Pieszo do centrum miasta to ok. 25 min. spaceru. Niedaleko wybudowany nowy Lidl.

W opisie nie było informacji, że to jest tylko pokój a łazienka i kuchnia są wspólne z drugim pokojem. Akurat mieliśmy jedną parę, bardzo spokojną i cichą
