Loved the location, our villa and gardens were stunning surrounded by wild flowers

Very beautiful and comfortable private suite with all the amenities we needed. We were able to relax in the pool and jacuzzi, enjoy a nice lunch and wine in the courtyard and could walk to the city center in 15 min to enjoy all that Alberobello has to offer.

There really wasn’t anything not to like.

Pulitissima, super accogliente

Pretty Trulli with comfortable beds and nice things like quality taps and shower. Dishwasher and espresso machine.

The handbook was not sent to us. Meaning the location is wrong. That cost us an hour because the manager sent us a photo of a pin. We had to then use a map to find that pin. So the check in was poor. The weather was not good enough to use the pool or the hot tub so we can’t comment on that. The pool was cold in the morning so we couldn’t use it then. We managed to only make coffee in the machine but had to use a pan to boil water for tea as the kettle wasn’t working. Then none of us got a shower because there was a power cut. The water went off so even washing wasn’t possible either. There is an electric gate so to leave you have to wait for someone to come and let you leave. All in all it was a very poor experience. The host also it felt just expected us to understand the power going off as it was in the countryside. The phone signal isn’t great and when the WiFi is also off don’t expect to be able to work or answer emails.
